How much are shipping costs?

For standard delivery (at home, in France), the shipping costs are €5.95. For delivery to a relay point, the shipping costs are: €4.40 for France, 4.60 € for Belgium and Luxembourg, €6.80 for Portugal and Spain. For any order over €25, these costs are free if you opt for delivery via Mondial Relay (in France, Belgium or Luxembourg).

How long does it take for my order to be prepared?

Orders are processed and sent within 3 working days.

I got a duplicate figurine, can I get a refund?

We are not responsible for the content of our various products. We will therefore not be able to reimburse you.
